Use of the Uptown Smiles Dentistry text message-based services (the “Messaging Service”) is subject to the following Terms of Service.
When you sign up for our Messaging Service, you agree to receive the following types of SMS from us: • Appointment reminders and scheduling • Follow-up care and customer care messages • Emergency notifications • Other practice-related communications
You can cancel the Messaging Service at any time by texting “STOP”. After you send “STOP”, we will confirm that you have been unsubscribed. To rejoin, reply “START” or sign up again.
For help, text “HELP”. We will respond with instructions on how to use the Service and how to unsubscribe.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You understand that you are not required to consent to the Messaging Service to receive any other services from Uptown Smiles Dentistry.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you authorize Uptown Smiles Dentistry to contact you by text message using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.
